Here are 30 of the most interesting rides in sports, from beat-up Mazdas to one-of-a-kind Maseratis and everything in between.

Tom Brady

The greatest quarterback of all time needs a great car. When it comes to sponsorships and endorsements, Brady is very unique and selective. He has deals with UGGS, Under Armour, and Aston Martin. That’s right, the British car company and car of choice for James Bond made Tom Brady the face of the company.

Tom Brady car collection

RealClearLife

Brady inked a multi-year deal with the British car maker and was given his pick of the litter when it came time to choose which car he would drive. Brady has been seen cruising in a DB 11, which starts at $212,000, and was also asked to help design a custom edition of the Vanquish S, a model that starts at $300,000. If you needed any more reasons to hate him (or envy him), look no further than the cars he is paid to drive…

Floyd Mayweather

The richest man in boxing (and one of the most celebrated or hated, depending on who you ask), Floyd Mayweather has put a lot of his career earning into his impressive car collection. Floyd “Money” Mayweather lives a lavish lifestyle outside of the ring, and his car collection is one way he displays it.

Floyd Mayweather car collection

ABS-CBN Sports

Some cars in his fleet include a Ferrari 458 Italian Spider, Ferrari 599 GTB Giordano, Ferrari 430 Scuderia, numerous Bentleys, Maybachs, Rolls Royces, and every other luxury car under the sun (like the Bugatti Veyron he’s sitting in). Today, Mayweather’s car collection is valued around an astonishing $20 million, and no he doesn’t drive the cars.

Floyd Mayweather part two

Fly like a butterfly takes on new meaning with Floyd Mayweather. The billionaire boxer who boasts a 50-0 record and an incredible car collection decided to up the ante on luxury vehicles when he purchased a Gulfstream G650 for his 41st birthday. The plane, which goes for a cool $60 million, can cruise across the globe at 650 mph.

floyd mayweather plane

@floydmayweather via Instagram

Dubbed “Air Mayweather,” Floyds’ personal plane is emblazoned with his 50-0 logo to remind everyone (including himself) of his dominance, has gold cupholders, long bench seats, and multiple flat-screen televisions. Based on his Instagram, Floyd has used the jet for all the right reasons, like flying to Iceland solely for the purpose of taking one photo for his social media.

Tony Parker

Longtime Spurs legend Tony Parker was a magician on the court, able to trick defenders, score, distribute, and, simply, win. Parker is considered one of the best French basketball players ever, and for good reason. He’s a four-time champion and Finals MVP. Off the court, the man drips with style and class — outside of the cheating scandal that shook the NBA community to its core, of course.

@ava_yachts via Instagram

Parker, who made a boatload of money during his stellar career, decided to spend that money on, you guessed it, a boat. Parker purchased a custom yacht from Turkish boatbuilder AvA Yachts. Parker’s Kando 110, one of the first of its kind, has six cabins and is operated by a six-member crew. The boat cost Tony roughly $7.5 million.

Bryce Harper

One of baseball’s youngest stars and most polarizing characters, super-slugger Bryce Harper is not messing around when it comes to his car of choice, a custom all-black Chevy ’69 Camaro. When Harper is cruising through the streets of Philadelphia, he’ll be looking more like Vin Diesel about to flex his muscles than a $300 million baseball player ready to trot around the baseball after smashing a homer.

Pro-touring.com

Harper got his sweet set of wheels customized by the talented group at Shoreline Motoring in Huntington Beach, California. A brief search on autotrader.com tells us that a ’69 Camaro in decent condition, before customizations mind you, will run you anywhere from $80,000 to $120,000 depending on miles, wear, etc.

Kobe Bryant

The Black Mamba does not mess around. Kobe Bryant is widely regarded as one of the greatest players in basketball history, in large part due to his killer mindset that has been dubbed the “Mamba Mentality.” Everything Kobe has done, from his on-court preparation to his off-court ventures, has been taken seriously to a degree most of us cannot comprehend.

kobe bryant car collection

foreginbpolicyi.org

And when it comes to building up a car collection, Kobe has, unsurprisingly, taken that pretty seriously too. Kobe owns Lamborghinis, Bentleys, Range Rovers, and Ferraris. One tale, one that is neither embellished nor apocryphal, is about that time Bryant walked into a Ferrari dealership and, no questions asked, wrote a check for $329,000 for a Ferrari 458 Italia.

Nnamdi Asomugha

When you think of elite cars, this isn’t one. Similarly, when you think of elite NFL corners, Nmadi Asomugha wasn’t one either. Yes, we know he had a few elite seasons, but before you have an aneurysm pointing out how he was a three-time Pro Bowler and four-time All-Pro, it’s important not to forget the lack of production Asomugha had after signing what ESPN has since ranked the 7th worst contract in NFL history.

Nnamdi Asomugha car collection

autosfeed.com

Back in 2011, Asomugha signed a five-year, $60 million contract with the Eagles, money that was not well spent. To his credit, Asomugha didn’t splurge on luxury cars and still rolls around in his 1997 Nissan Maxima that his brother gave him back in high school.

Yoenis Cespedes

Where to begin with this guy? Yoenis Cespedes is known around MLB as the guy with the cars. Some people value World Series rings and batting titles. Others, like Yoenis, appear to care more about what whip they arrive at the stadium in. Honestly, the best way to understand the magnitude of crazy cars Cespedes has in his collection is by reading this article.

Yoenis Cespedes car collection

New York Post

Back in 2016, Cespedes arrived each day at training camp with a new car. They ranged from massive trucks to sports cars and everything in between. Yet, for all the hype surrounding his cars, his game is relatively average, as are his achievements. A two-time All-Star, Cespedes has a career batting average of .274 and 163 home runs.

Magic Johnson

Although he wasn’t known to be one of the NBA’s most explosive dunkers, Magic Johnson’s post-NBA life has been soaring high thanks to his private jet. Johnson is the proud owner of a Gulfstream III private plane, which costs, hold your breath, just about $40 million. Thankfully, Johnson has a net worth of approximately $600 million.

The plane has gotten quite the amount of notoriety thanks to a few unique events. First, Johnson was sued by his personal assistant for supposedly being seven minutes late to a flight. Johnson had no comment on the situation. The second event involved Johnson selling his 5% ownership in the Lakers on a sky phone while chilling in his plane. The deal was worth roughly $35 million.

Michael Jordan

The GOAT, Michael Jordan has a knack for big spending. That spending comes in the form of buying cars, real estate, basketball teams, and gambling. Well, when you’re the richest basketball player ever, money is not an issue, and the world becomes your playground. One of the toys Jordan is most fond of is supercars.

michael jordan classic car collection

westphalchevyblog.com

Pictured below is Jordan stepping out of his 1993 Chevy Corvette ZR1, a limited-edition model that packed 450 horsepower. Only 200 or so of these beauties were ever produced, and of course, Jordan was one of the fortunate fellows to get his hands on it. Other cars in the Jordan fleet include Aston Martins and Ferraris, with the latter inspiring the design of his Air Jordan 14s.

Michael Jordan

Ah, “Air Jordan” takes on new meaning with Michael Jordan’s flying seizure. This plane will even the biggest shoe fans a headache. That’s because it’s wrapped in Jordan’s signature elephant-print pattern commonly found on his sneakers. Jordan’s $60 million Gulfstream G550 can take His Airness from NBA arena to NBA arena where he can watch his woeful Charlotte Hornets lose game after game.

@steelworksunlimited via Instagram

The consolation prize for this tournament of losing is that traveling isn’t such a headache. Jordan, a billionaire, is known for having a penchant for lavish things, such as his gaudy Chicago mansion or his crazy car collection, which you’ll see later.

Lebron James

King James, not so surprisingly, has a plethora of elite supercars in his garage. None, however, are more appealing and intriguing than his custom-wrapped Lamborghini Aventador. James got the car wrapped in honor of his new Nike LeBron XI shoe release back when the King was still ruling South Beach.

LeBron James car collection

nikelebron.net

Other cars in the King’s collection include Ferraris, Porsches, Hummers, Mercedes, and Maybachs. That wasn’t the complete list, but it gives you an idea of the premium rides James opts for. For those readers in the market for a new Aventador, prepare to shell out top dollar. They start in the area of $417,000.

Cristiano Ronaldo

Where to begin with this guy? The other half of the Messi GOAT debate, Ronaldo is undeniably in a league of his own when it comes to talent. The problem is he’s also in another universe when it comes to his levels of obnoxious panache. Ronaldo is a frequent flyer when it comes to shirtless poses, cocky celebrations, and snooty remarks.

What ticks people off even more is the lavish lifestyle he lives and more importantly flaunts. A car lover, Ronaldo has some serious whips docked in the Madrid palace he calls home. Some of those luxury cars (which he’s crashed a few times mind you) include Bugattis, Lambos, and Ferraris.

Tiger Woods

Well if there’s one thing Tiger Woods isn’t good at, it’s driving. And we’re talking about off the links. That’s why one of the greatest golfers of all time got himself a Gulfstream G5. For $50 million, Tiger bought himself one of the most luxurious private jets available.

tiger woods plane

However, with a net worth of over $1 billion, $50 million isn’t but a drop in the bucket. In 2019, the jet-owning Woods won the Masters for the fifth time. It was his first major victory since 2008. Other than his impressive plane, Tiger has a collection of exotic cars and boats.

Kirk Cousins

This car is about as ugly as Kirk Cousins’ game. The new franchise quarterback of the Vikings, who signed a massive three-year, $84 million contract that his been giving Viking fans cold sweats since the ink met the paper back in 2018, opts to cruise around the land of 10,000 lakes in a GMC Saana that he bought from his grandmother in 2014 for a paltry $5,000.

kirk cousins car collection

espn.com

Cousins, who must really like that car, spends his summer months with his wife in his parents’ basement. Talk about a frugal fella. Hopefully, all of that savings will allow Cousins to buy an extra large television where he can analyze film more precisely in hopes of being a better quarterback that is actually worth the exorbitant amount of money the desperate Minnesota franchise spent on him.

Tiger Woods

See that smile? That smile belongs to a proud owner of a new Buick. That car is one part get the family to the movies, one part rebel without a cause. All of which fit Tiger Woods, the world’s richest golfer and a billionaire athlete who has shown quite a few interesting sides of himself over the years. The real reason Woods is posing next to this Buick is because he was the brand’s signature athlete and was contractually obligated to do so.

When Woods isn’t riding in his family-man chariot, he can be seen cruising in Cadillacs, Mercedes, and other luxury vehicles such as yachts, helicopters, and his own private jet. But like a true homing pigeon, there is one thing Woods will always return to- his trusted Buick.

Rafael Nadal

Is the King of Clay also the King of the high seas? By the looks of it, yes. Rafael Nadal, born on the Spanish island of Mallorca, said in some marketing material for Sunreef Yachts, that “I love the sea. As someone from an island as I am, the sea is part of our lives.” And Nadal, being one of the highest-paid tennis players in history, wasn’t about to skimp out on his sea vessel.

rafael nadal boat

@rafaelnadal via Instagram

That’s why he went for a 76-foot Italian-built MCY 76 superyacht. Dubbed Beethoven, Nadal’s yacht was purchased for roughly $3 million and is replete with every luxury needed to make the Spanish tennis star feel at home on the sea.

Roger Federer

Oh how the rich get richer. It wasn’t enough that Roger Federer has made a killing as one of the world’s best tennis players. It wasn’t enough that he essentially never has to buy any clothing thanks to his numerous sponsorships from Nike to Rolex. Federer served up an ace when he signed with Mercedes Benz to be one of the luxury car manufacturer’s signature athletes.

Now Federer doesn’t even have to buy the car he’s driving, which is often a Mercedes SLS and SLR. The deal with Mercedes nets Federer around $5 million per year, not including the free car. Federer is the only athlete to win the BBC Overseas Sports Personality of the Year award four times.

Kevin Durant

Is he a snake, or is he a man? That depends on who you ask. So while we may remain unsure of Durant’s species, we can, from the picture below, infer quite a few things. The first and most obvious thing we can surmise about K.D. is he appears to love red. And love may be an understatement. Durant clearly told his car guy to go to town.

kevin durant car collection

Celebrity Carz

The car guy, upon receiving those vague instructions, probably said something like: “Well K.D., what do you like? Cool lights, a lift kit, how about spinning rims?” Durant must have given a terse reply: “Red. Then add a bit more red.” Say no more. Basically, Durant’s custom car isn’t too special; it’s just a matte red finish with his logo on the grille. Sssssssssick.

Conor McGregor

The color is fitting for the brash and brazen Irishman. Conor McGregor is all about garnering the attention of as many people as possible, and one surefire way to do that when he’s not strutting around the Octagon is by driving a lime green Lamborghini Huracan.

Conor McGregor car collection

Other than this puke-green speedster, valued at a cool $200,000, McGregor has numerous Rolls Royces, Lambos, Cadillacs, and some Range Rovers. Time will tell how long McGregor can sustain himself as an elite competitor in the grueling and demanding UFC, but rest assured, when he retires and rides off into the sunset, he’ll be doing so with a lot of style (and horsepower).

Neymar

In all likelihood, Neymar needs to drive an Audi with its five-star safety rating because the man is always getting hurt.  One of the world’s most delicate and deft soccer players, Neymar is all about fashion and style on and off the pitch. The Brazilian striker has a pretty sweet car collection that is valued at well over $1 million. Some cars of his include Ferraris, Porsches, and numerous Audis.

Neymar car collection

Autoplus

Thanks to the cushy deal his former team, F.C. Barcelona, had with Audi, players on the team got to handpick their favorite cars. One supercar he went with the R8 Spyder that starts around $157,000. But the creme de la creme of his collection is the Maserati MC12 he copped for over half a million dollars. Only 50 of these cars were ever produced, and Neymar was not going to be denied getting his hands on the collector’s item.

Kawhi Leonard

It should come as no surprise that the strangest man in the NBA drives an old SUV. Kawhi Leonard is a man of mystery. The entire injury saga was unfortunate and did not help his reputation. Then there was the comically awkward introductory press conference when he signed with Toronto.

Kawhi Leondard car

The Turbo Blog

That press conference gave the world “fun-guy Kawhi and “the laugh heard around the world.” But those moments did give us a strange, albeit brief, glimpse into his world. Leonard, despite being a full-fledged superstar, still drives a 1997 Chevy Tahoe from high school. Nicknamed the “Gas Guzzler,” Leonard kept it brief when asked how his car performs after all the miles: “It runs,” he told Sports Illustrated.

Steph Curry

Chef Curry has cooked up quite a career for himself. Curry will more than likely go down as one of (if not) the greatest shooters of all time. The man with the sweetest stroke can sink threes from just about anywhere on the court. When Curry isn’t lighting up the opposition from behind the arc, he’s driving in the lane.

Steph Curry porsche car

And when he isn’t driving in the lane, he’s driving on the roads that take him to Oracle Arena. Curry’s daily commuter is the Porsche pictured below which he wrecked in a dangerous collision, which he thankfully walked away from unharmed. Curry’s other cars include a Mercedes G55 (G Wagon), Range Rovers, and an environmentally-conscious Tesla.

Odell Beckham Jr.

What a catch. Odell Beckham may have the greatest set of hands in the NFL; he also may have the greatest set of wheels. Beckham Jr. is no stranger when it comes to flaunting and flashing his personal brand. On and off the field, he’s one of the biggest personalities in the league. One of Beckham’s favorite cars is his fully-customized Rolls Royce Wraith.

The vehicle, one of many customized for him by Dream Work Motorsports, is matte white and accented with gold, Beckham’s favorite color. Like every other star here, Beckham’s collection isn’t confined to just one sweet ride. He also owns Mercedes, Porsches, Bentleys, and, among others, Maseratis.

John Urschel

What’s more surprising? That John Urschel, a 6-foot-3, 300-pound guard who played for the Baltimore Ravens fit into that tiny Nissan Versa, or that John Urschel retired from football to dedicate 100 percent of his time towards pursuing his Ph.D. in mathematics from MIT? Urschel is truly a one-of-a-kind athlete, one dominant enough to play football at the highest level while studying one of the hardest subjects at one of the world’s most prestigious institutions.

Jon Urschel car collection

cheatsheet.com

Forbes named Urschel to one of its “30 under 30” lists of outstanding scientists. Urschel clearly calculated that buying an expensive, flashy car does not provide or generate long-term happiness, and rather than waste that money on a quick burst of dopamine, Urschel took the tactical route and bought a 2013 Nissan Versa with 30,000 miles on for $9,000, to which he proudly boasted, “This is a good deal. I’m driving my dream car.”

Alfred Morris

Is there something about NFC East players who like to cruise in old cars? For a few seasons, Alfred Morris was the workhorse that carried the lifeless Washington Redskins. Morris made two Pro-Bowl teams and was a second-team All-Pro back in 2012. Pretty impressive for a sixth-round pick out of Florida Atlantic.

alfred morris car collection

cnbc.com

What’s even more impressive is Morris’ choice of car, a 1991 Mazda 626 sedan that he bought from his pastor back in college for $2. Affectionately known as “Bentley,” Morris’ Mazda was completely gutted and refurbished by Mazda back in 2013. With a new engine, interior, and GPS system, Morris plans on driving Bentley until she gives up the ghost.

Mike Trout

The richest man in baseball actually keeps it pretty casual when it comes to his rides. Trout’s personal favorite is this matte army-green Ford Raptor four-door truck. See, the roads in Anaheim, California, are dangerous, filled with obstacles at every turn. There are the angry, full-of-rage Orange County housewives leaving the mall empty-handed after a shopping spree gone wrong.

Mike Trout car collection

There’s also the never-ending traffic headed into and out of Los Angeles that makes drivers, whose patience has boiled thin waiting in the sun, irritable and reckless. Basically, the roads are a nightmare full of zombie drivers, drivers like Trout and his Raptor want nothing to do with. Trout also drives a Mercedes and a Corvette.

Neymar

You know you’ve got excess cash when you can roll up to practice in a $15 million Mercedes helicopter. The oft-injured Brazilian superstar signed a five-year, $350 million contract with Parisian superteam Paris Saint-Germain. He also holds the record for most expensive transfer when he left Barcelona for Paris.

neymar helicopter

MAURO PIMENTEL/AFP/Getty Images

However, money and expensive helicopters cannot seem to buy Neymar the world’s respect. Thanks to his ridiculous antics, Neymar has become synonymous with flopping, whining, crying, and generally everything negative that doesn’t relate to scoring goals. In 2016, courts found Neymar guilty of tax evasion, forcing him to pay a $1.2 million fine. Talk about a slap on the wrist.

Maria Sharapova

Maria Sharapova is a jack of all trades. On the tennis courts, she’s one of the world’s most dominant and successful players. Off it, she’s a supermodel and a coveted athlete for brands all around the globe. Appropriately, there are plenty of car companies wanting to make Sharapova the face of their brand, but it was Porsche who snuck ahead with an ace of a sales pitch.

Back in 2013, the German luxury automaker locked up Sharapova with an enticing offer that included many impressive perks, most notably free cars that most of us spend our free time salivating over. In addition to the cars Sharapova gets through her sponsorship, she’s also won a handful of Porsches, like a 911 Carrera S Cabriolet, for winning the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix, a tournament held annually in Stuttgart, Germany.

Lionel Messi

It’s up for debate whether or not Leo Messi is the greatest soccer player. What shouldn’t be up for debate is how great Messi’s car collection is. A flashy player on the field, Messi stays consistent off it with his impressive car collection that includes Range Rovers (pictured below), Ferraris, Maserattis, Audis, and more.

Lionel Messi car collection

Cartoq

For most superstars, this collection may seem average, even paltry. But for Messi, it’s just what the family man desires. Also in his garage is a Pagani Roadster valued at $2 million. In total, Messi’s garage is worth $4 million, and with an Audi sponsorship, the fleet-footed scorer should have no problem increasing that number.

Mitchell Trubisky

Is he the Bears’ savior, or a draft bust? Time will tell with Mitchell Trubisky. He’s yet to prove himself as a quality NFL quarterback, but one thing he owns that has completely proven its worth is his 1997 Toyota Camry. Trubisky’s trusty Camry was a gift from Grandma, one that has stood the test of time.

Mitchell Trubisky car collection

CBS Sports

Even though Trubisky is one of the richest young quarterbacks in the league, his preferences and tastes remain simple and conservative. One thing that Trubisky didn’t shy away from spending a substantial amount of money on was his six-bedroom place in Gurnee, Illinois, that cost him $950,000. That garage is definitely going to look funny with an old Camry inside it.

Shaq

The Big Diesel has a ton of cool cars. Let that be known. And nearly all of them have to be specially customized thanks to Shaq’s gargantuan 7-foot-1 frame. A big player with an even bigger personality, Shaq has some crazy rides — again, they are all customized to fit his frame — like this Polaris Slingshot.

Shaquille O'Neal car collection

Hotcars

Shaq, who is worth about $400 million, has Escalades, sports cars like Lamborghinis, and SUV/trucks like a Ford F-650 valued at $124,000. The cars in his collection are as interesting as the man himself, and most of them include some form of his Superman logo or the word “diesel.” Very fitting.

Felix Hernandez

King Felix and his chariots. Felix Hernandez, for a few seasons, was one of the best pitchers in baseball. His unhittable stuff was legendary, and on August 15, 2012, Hernandez tossed the 23rd perfect game in MLB history. That alone earned Hernandez a special place in baseball history and Seattle lore.

Felix Hernandez car collection

DUB Magazine

Off the mount and behind the wheel, King Felix drives a plethora of flashy cars that curve and go faster than his best pitches. From his Rolls Royce Wraith to his Porsche SUV and Nissan sports car, Hernandez is ready to tackle any road in the great Pacific Northwest.

Robinson Cano

Gold. So much gold. In 2013, Cano signed a massive 10-year, $240 million deal with the Seattle Mariners. That stint up in Seattle didn’t go so great, but the major influx of cash allowed Cano to do whatever he wanted and buy pretty much anything he pleased.

Robinson Cano car collection

One of those purchases was a Ferrari 458 Spider that he then fully customized with a reflective gold wrapping. Everyone knows that Seattle is one of the rainiest places in America, but one way to assure yourself that you’ll stand out against the rain is getting a supercar wrapped in gold. Plus it’s safer.

James Harden

James Harden is always cooking. One of the NBA’s purest scorers, Harden, when he’s on, is virtually unstoppable, a human cheat code. Back in 2015, Harden signed a $200 million deal with athletic apparel giant Adidas, who was looking to compete with Nike on the NBA courts (sorry, not going to happen).

James Harden car collection

Autowise

Anyway, anytime you sign a deal worth more than the GDP of a few countries (we’re talking to you, Kiribati and Tuvalu), you can buy anything you’ve ever wanted. For Harden, that meant a two-tone Rolls Royce Wraith, a common car for athletes on this list. Nothing says original like buying the same fancy car all of your peers have.

CJ Wilson

Slick roads, slicker paint job. Former MLB pitcher CJ Wilson, a two-time All-Star, has a passion for speed. It’s no coincidence his favorite and most effective pitch was the fastball. Since retiring, Wilson has diverted the majority of his energy towards car collecting and car racing.

Out of the many crazy cars he owns, his most prized possession has to be the custom-painted McLaren P1, seen below. Wilson is also the founder and owner of a sports car racing team, the eponymous CJ Wilson Racing. For a bit of insight into the car-heavy life CJ Wilson is currently living, check out his Instagram.

Serena Williams

The queen of tennis could serve up any car she desires, but her go-to appears to be this bright red Bentley Continental GT. An absolute head turner, just like her serve, Williams’ Bentley screams power, aggression, and elegance, much like the woman driving it.

Serena Williams car collection

With 23 Grand Slam singles titles, an Open Era record, Serena Williams has earned a massive fortune, allowing her to cop any car on the market. In addition to this red chariot, Williams has a partnership with Lincoln, giving her a nice set of American wheels when she’s in the mood to drive some home-grown power.

Charlie Blackmon

A three-time All-Star, Colorado Rockies outfielder Charlie Blackmon is one of the most casual dudes on baseball. That’s because he, even after signing a six-year extension worth $108 million, still chooses to drive a 2004 Jeep Laredo that his parents gave him back in high school. Considering all of the severe weather that Colorado is prone to, Blackmon’s car isn’t all that impractical.

charlie blackmon car collection

The Denver Channel

He should have no trouble getting from the stadium to the mountains and back, that is, of course, assuming he doesn’t run out of gas on the freeway. With Jeep no longer making that classic model, look for Blackmon and his millions to shell out every dollar necessary to keep his baby up and running.

Blake Griffin

We all know that Blake Griffin doesn’t really drive a Kia. But that doesn’t mean Griffin isn’t the proud owner of one. At the 2011 NBA Slam Dunk Contest, Griffin had one of the more memorable dunks, leaping over a Kia Optima while receiving a pass from teammate Baron Davis.

Mark Ralston/ Getty Images

For reference, Griffin, who made about 5.3 million in 2011, easily could have copped himself an Optima or two, considering their max price is roughly $27,000. Fun fact about that dunk was Blake Griffin initially wanted to jump over a convertible full of his teammates but the NBA prohibited it because of their partnership with Kia.

Cam Newton

Cam Newton is always getting hit and, subsequently, injured. On and off the field, Newton has had his fair share of bad luck when it comes to taking big blows. One would, however, expect that every day that isn’t gameday would be a bit more forgiving on the bruising quarterback’s body.

Streeter Lecka/ Getty Images

Sadly, that was not the case for Cam back in 2014 when Newton recked his customized pickup truck in a two-car accident. Newton fractured multiple bones in his back but thankfully recovered quickly and missed only one game. Other than pickup trucks, Newton has a custom 1970 Oldsmobile 442 Cutlass that’s coated in 24-karat gold.

Kris Bryant

Kris Bryant made the throw that no Chicago Cubs fan will ever forget. Bryant, one of the most highly-touted prospects in recent memory, fielded a slow-rolling grounder and accurately made the throw to first. The play would have been relatively standard had it not been the final out in Game 7 of the 2016 World Series, giving Chicago its first World Series win in 108 years.

Sjoerd van der Wal/Getty Images

Bryant, the 2016 NL MVP, is a big fan of Maserati and drives a custom Quattroporte with a vanity plate reading “KB.” Other than his Maserati, Kris Bryant drives an Audi A4 and a Jeep Grand Cherokee, a nice, diverse collection of rides.

Mookie Betts

Professional bowler, World Series Champion, All-Star, and league MVP, Mookie Betts is a man of many talents. He’s a big part of the Red Sox’s recent surge to the top of baseball, and he’s also one of the most stylish players on the team. That style begins with his assortment of necklaces he wears on the field and continues into the elegant, refined, yet not-too-flashy BMW he drives off it.

Billy Weiss/ Boston Red Sox/ Getty Images

Betts is one of the few superstars on this list to not have much information about his choice of cars and how big his fleet is, but from what we can tell Mookie is more concerned with his performance on the baseball diamond and less so with the performance of his cars on the road.

Mike Tyson

Unlike Mike Tyson, this car was, by and large, a bust. The Jaguar XJ220 was a British supercar that lasted from 1992 until 1994. The car was a speed demon and recorded a record 212.3 mph back in 1992, making it the fastest production car on earth from 1992-1993. However, the car along with its amazing speed, came with an amazing price tag, and at an inconvenient time during the early 1990s recession.

Heritage Images/ Getty Images

Because of the high price and less spending money available globally, only 275 of these cars were ever produced. Mike Tyson, one of the richest boxers ever, was not deterred by the price tag and copped one of these for himself.
